Meet The Author

Hi, I'm Kimberly.

I was born and raised in North Carolina, and I can't imagine calling anywhere else home. I love the mountains, quiet back roads, small-town charm, and just about any place where you can enjoy a good cup of coffee.

My husband and I met when I was just 15 years old, not in high school like most people expect, but at our local skating rink. 

Together we've built the life we have today. Has it always been easy? Not at all. Like every marriage, we've walked through seasons that tested us, stretched us, and taught us lessons we never expected to learn. Our story isn't a fairy tale, but I believe it's something even better. Through every challenge, God has remained faithful, and those experiences have made us stronger together.

One of God's greatest blessings in our lives has been our family. We are the proud parents of four amazing children, and watching them grow into the adults they are today has been one of life's greatest joys.

I attend World of Pentecost, where I have the privilege of serving as the teen class Sunday School teacher. Some of my favorite moments are spent opening God's Word with young people, encouraging them to build a relationship with Him and discover the purpose He has for their lives.

Outside the walls of the church, I also serve through our church's ROC (Reach Our City) ministry. ROC gives us the opportunity to take the Gospel into our community, meeting people where they are, sharing the love of Christ, praying with families, and reminding others that they are never beyond the reach of God's grace.

God has also allowed me to found Harvesting Hope, a ministry dedicated to walking alongside people who need hope, encouragement, and practical support as they rebuild their lives. My heart has always been to remind people that no matter where they've been or what they've walked through, God is still writing their story, and He isn't finished yet.

Whether I'm spending time with my family, serving in ministry, studying my Bible, or writing my next story with a cup of coffee close by, my greatest desire is simple: to point people to Jesus and remind them that hope is never out of reach.
